The newly constructed Broadford Hospital centralises multiple services into one purpose-built community healthcare facility. Catering to the communities of Skye, Lochalsh, and South West Ross, which collectively house around 14,300 residents, the hospital’s catchment area expands significantly during peak tourism seasons, accommodating over 30,000 people.
NHS Highland has entrusted Future Group with the task of installing essential infrastructure at the hospital. This includes implementing an Excel Cat6A structured cabling system, establishing a fibre optic network, setting up a TV system, and installing induction loops, ensuring seamless operations and accessibility for all patients and visitors.
